David Reich is a thirty-eight-year-old Hasidic man, born and raised in the Satmar Hasidic neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His life is typical of many men in his community; he is the father of a large family and makes his living running a business as a retail distributor supplying other businesses mostly focused within the Hasidic Brooklyn enclave.
